Job Description
WAVE, located at I-10 Markaz, Islamabad, is seeking a dynamic Recruiter / HR Executive. If you’re passionate about connecting with people and identifying talent, this is your chance!
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates online and during walk-in interviews.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with management for final hiring.
- Maintain applicant tracking sheets and daily hiring reports.
- Assist with onboarding and HR operations.
- Propose creative hiring strategies to enhance retention.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00 – Rs100,00 per month
Location: 3rd Floor, Time Square Plaza, I-10 Markaz, Islamabad.
Timing: Night Shift (U.S. Hours)
