Job Description
We are Trade Tracker Pvt. Ltd, seeking a dynamic and experienced National Merchandising Manager to oversee our nationwide merchandising operations. This role emphasizes execution excellence, compliance, and seamless alignment with our sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead nationwide merchandising operations across trade channels.
- Ensure compliance with various execution metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including QC and Finance.
- Oversee data updates and incentivization processes.
- Communicate merchandising guidelines effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
- 6+ years of FMCG experience.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
