Job Description
SmartTalent is seeking a dedicated Performance Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Key responsibilities include audience targeting, collaboration with creative teams, and monitoring campaign performance.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
