Job Description
MGA Industries Pvt Ltd is looking for a confident, well-organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director. The ideal candidate will manage communications, correspondence, and daily operations efficiently.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and responding to emails, maintaining the Director’s schedule and travel arrangements, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is preferred.
This is a full-time position based in Lahore, with a salary ranging from Rs70,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
