Job Description
Simply BPO is hiring a Final Expense Closer Customer Sales Representative (CSR) based onsite in Rawalpindi at 1st Floor, Save Mart, Bahria Phase 2. Full-time role; UK & USA shift timings. Salary Rs100,00–Rs150,00/month. Interview 3:00 PM–10:00 PM, Monday–Friday; contact +92 319 9911979. You will manage client interactions, resolve inquiries, and close final expense sales with professionalism and empathy; coordinate with teams and maintain accurate records. Requirements: bachelor’s degree preferred, excellent English communication, prior customer service/call center experience preferred; 2 years FE Closing experience required. In-person role; strong multitasking and solution-oriented attitude essential.
