Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based
Salary: PKR 75,00 – 150,00
Shift: 12-Hour Shift
Leaves: 4 per month

Key Responsibilities
· Oversee day-to-day store operations.
· Manage and supervise store staff.
· Maintain stock levels, inventory accuracy, and timely replenishment.
· Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
· Handle customer issues and resolve complaints effectively.
· Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies.
· Generate daily and monthly reports.
· Coordinate with suppliers and manage order cycles.
· Ensure safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in store management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Good understanding of inventory control and stock management.
