Job Description

Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based

Salary: PKR 40,00- 60,00

Shift: 12-Hour Shift

Leaves: 4 per Month

We are seeking a responsible and fashion-aware Clothing Manager to supervise daily operations of the clothing section. The ideal candidate should have experience in garment retail, stock handling, customer service, and team supervision. This role requires strong attention to detail, product knowledge, and the ability to maintain store standards throughout long shifts.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operations of the clothing department.

· Manage staff, assign duties, and ensure smooth workflow.

· Maintain stock levels, handle inventory, and ensure timely replenishment.

· Check product quality, sizing accuracy, and display standards.

· Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays.

· Manage customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure excellent service.

· Handle order receiving, tagging, pricing, and product placement.

· Monitor sales performance and assist with promotional activities.

· Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.

· Prepare daily stock updates and sales reports.

Requirements

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in clothing store management or retail.

Strong knowledge of garments, fabrics, sizes, and quality standards.

Visual merchandising experience is a plus.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.
