Job Summary:

Cybernet is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our dynamic Supply Chain team as an Officer – Inventory Management. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring smooth warehouse operations across nationwide locations. The incumbent will conduct regular inventory audits, reconcile variances, and support the implementation of best practices. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline inventory processes and ensure compliance with company standards.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.This position plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day inventory management processes across warehouses and stores nationwide.

· Ensure accurate stock recording, reconciliation, and timely reporting.

· Conduct audits and enforce compliance with company policies and SOPs.

· Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and store teams to ensure smooth operations.

· Identify discrepancies, highlight risks, and recommend corrective actions.

· Support process improvements to optimize inventory accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· B.Com / Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.

· Hands-on experience with ERP/inventory management systems.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
