Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Telephone Operator cum Data Feeder to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, basic data entry experience, and the ability to manage calls efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner
- Record and maintain call logs and relevant data
- Enter, update, and verify data in the system with accuracy
- Provide information and support to customers and internal departments
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure data integrity
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
- Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude
