Job Description
Bioniks.org is hiring a Customer Support Representative. You will handle client and customer phone inquiries, provide timely professional support, maintain accurate customer and patient records, register new patients in the ERP portal, and keep records updated. Stay informed on company products, services, and procedures to deliver accurate information. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, basic computer skills with MS Office (Word and Excel), and minimum 2 years of customer support experience. Benefits include medical coverage, Provident Fund (PF), and performance bonus. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Up to Rs50,00 per month. Work Location: In person.
