Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Lead Development Representative to generate and qualify high-quality B2B opportunities, drive outreach campaigns, and collaborate with sales to accelerate pipeline growth.
Responsibilities include prospecting, cold outreach, managing CRM data, tracking KPIs, and mentoring junior reps. Requirements: 3+ years in sales development, strong communication, CRM experience (Salesforce preferred), data-driven mindset, and leadership skills.
