Job Description
The Digital Elites seeks an experienced Outbound B2B Business Development Representative to drive growth through targeted cold calling. You will engage executives and business owners, qualify leads, nurture prospects, and book high-quality appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities include making outbound B2B calls, confidently pitching services, maintaining call and follow-up logs, and handing off qualified opportunities. Must have proven B2B outbound/cold-calling experience, strong communication, persistence, and closing skills. Full-time, in-person position. Compensation: base salary plus high commissions (earning potential 200,00+ PKR/month); pay Rs100,00–150,00/month.
