Job Description
We seek a creative, detail-oriented Architect to lead residential, commercial, and interior projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities include developing concepts, layouts, 2D/3D drawings and visualizations (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/3ds Max), presenting proposals, coordinating with engineers, designers and contractors, conducting site visits, ensuring code compliance, managing schedules and vendors, and delivering sustainable, cost-effective designs. Required: strong visualization and presentation skills, knowledge of construction methods and building codes, multitasking ability, teamwork, and attention to detail. Qualifications: B.Arch or equivalent and 2–5 years’ relevant experience. Full-time, in-person. Pay Rs40,00–Rs80,00/month plus performance incentives, professional growth, creative environment, and lunch.
