Job Description
Brickclay seeks a Sr. HR Executive to manage full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, background and reference checks, applicant tracking, onboarding and HR orientation, employee records maintenance, payroll and benefits administration, unemployment claims, and termination processing. The role supports employee relations, investigates complaints, updates job descriptions, and develops HR strategies, systems, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring legal compliance and strict confidentiality. Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs60,00 – Rs70,00/month. Work Location: In person.
