Job Description
Sensible BPO is hiring full-time Mortgage Customer Service Representatives for our US/UK mortgage campaign in Rawalpindi (onsite). Work day or night shifts aligned with US/UK hours. You’ll handle inbound/outbound mortgage calls, verify documentation, update CRM records, coordinate with borrowers and lenders, and follow compliance. Strong English (neutral or US/UK accent preferred), good listening and attention to detail, and basic computer/CRM skills are required. Mortgage or call center experience is a plus; fresh candidates with excellent English are welcome.
