Job Description
AV Private Limited is seeking a proactive Customer Operations Executive in Lahore (local residents only), age up to 25. Full-time, in-person role handling customer inquiries about products, services, and accounts; maintaining accurate records; coordinating with internal teams; and providing timely updates while following company SOPs. Candidates should have Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree, strong communication and interpersonal skills, stress management and multitasking ability, basic computer literacy (MS Office, typing, email), and prior customer service or call center experience is a plus. Competitive salary Rs65,00–Rs70,00 per month with growth and a supportive work environment.
