Job Description
We are hiring a Mid-Level GMP / IPC Mentor to guide manufacturing teams in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Infection Prevention and Control (IPC). You will coach staff, lead training, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include conducting gap assessments, developing and delivering training programs, auditing processes, and advising on corrective actions to maintain quality and safety.
Required: 3–5 years in GMP/IPC roles, strong coaching and communication skills, knowledge of regulatory requirements, and experience with audit and documentation practices.
