Job Description
Nearby Cars seeks an experienced Autocab-trained Operator/Dispatcher for the evening shift (9:00 PM–6:00 AM Pakistan Time). This full-time, in-person role supports a UK-based call center handling bookings, dispatch, and customer service for West Yorkshire. Duties: manage Autocab bookings, handle inbound calls professionally, ensure accurate dispatching, and maintain UK-standard customer service. Requirements: prior Autocab experience, familiarity with West Yorkshire preferred, strong communication, reliable internet, and ability to work nights.
