Job Description
Climax Software Solutions seeks a Customer Support Executive to provide clear, friendly ERP support in person in Karachi. Full-time role: Rs60,00–Rs120,00/month. You’ll troubleshoot ERP issues, train users, document solutions, and turn confusion into confidence. Requirements: Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related, 2+ years ERP support/implementation experience, excellent spoken and written English, patient communicator, fast technical problem-solver. Must reliably commute or relocate to Karachi. Be the go-to expert who delivers timely, human-centered solutions and helps drive ERP success.
