Job Description
Conduct door-to-door visits to remind overdue mobile-installment customers, verify home/work addresses, record feedback, deliver notices, and report suspected fraud. Act professionally, respectfully, and follow company policy and Pakistani law. Require 1–2 years field collection (microfinance, lending, telecom, fintech preferred), strong Urdu communication skills, smartphone for on-site reporting, motorcycle or transport preferred.
