Job Description
Seeking an experienced FTTH Manager to lead O&M of GPON, metro and carrier networks, manage OFC rehabilitation and expansion, and develop contingency plans for traffic diversion. Responsibilities include ring completion, low-power issue resolution, arranging fiber pairs, coordinating with authorities, preparing relocation deposits, reducing aerial cable cuts, conducting PMR repairs and PATs, updating GIS/KMZ routes, and maintaining tools and stores. Full-time role requiring a Bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years FTTH field quality, deployment, and operations experience. Salary bracket: Rs110,00–130,00. Work location: on the road. Strong coordination, field troubleshooting, and documentation skills required.
