Job Description
About the Role: We seek a focused Service & Sales Coordinator to manage and update customer, sales, and after-sales data for elevator manufacturing and service operations. Responsibilities include accurate data entry; maintaining installation, maintenance, service and AMC records; processing work orders and service reports; organizing technical files; coordinating with technicians and sales; tracking spare parts inventory; performing backups; ensuring data confidentiality; and supporting service performance reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 0–6 months similar experience, strong Microsoft Excel skills, good communication, and willingness to learn. Job type: Full-time, in person. Salary: Rs45,00.00 per month.
