Job Description
Decimal Solution seeks an Online Bidding Specialist in Islamabad (I‑8/4). Full-time, salary PKR 60,00–150,00/month, experience 2–4 years. Responsibilities: identify Upwork projects, write customized proposals, communicate with international clients, prepare estimates with the technical team, follow up to close deals, optimize the Upwork profile, track leads/proposals, and meet monthly targets. Requirements: 2–4 years as an Upwork/online bidder, strong proposal and bidding strategy knowledge, excellent written and verbal English, understanding of web/mobile, SaaS, AI/ML, and familiarity with MS Office and CRMs. Candidates in Islamabad/Rawalpindi who can join quickly are preferred.
