Job Description
We are hiring a Warehouse Incharge to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving, and team supervision. Responsibilities include scheduling staff, enforcing safety and quality standards, coordinating with procurement and logistics, and maintaining accurate records with a warehouse management system. Candidates should have 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience, leadership and organizational skills, basic MS Office/WMS knowledge, and a forklift license preferred. Must be able to lift items, work flexible hours, and communicate effectively to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
