Job Description
Art Vision seeks an experienced Head Barista to oversee daily hot and cold beverage operations, lead the barista team, and ensure consistent quality, presentation, and hygiene. Responsibilities include preparing specialty coffee, training staff on brewing techniques and SOPs, calibrating espresso machines and grinders, managing inventory and orders, handling customer feedback, and coordinating with the F&B Head on menu updates. Qualifications: 3–5+ years of barista experience with at least 1 year in a senior/lead role, strong knowledge of specialty coffee and equipment, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, in-person setting. Full-time. Pay: Rs60,00–Rs80,00/month.
