Job Description
Full-time on-site position at Cooperative Group of Services in Al-Hafeez Heights, Gulberg 3, Lahore. Hours: 1:00 PM–10:30 PM. Pay: Rs30,00–60,00/month. Join our UK-based outbound call center as a Customer Service Representative. Handle customer inquiries by phone, follow scripts, maintain positive relationships, and meet performance targets. Requirements: minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred), excellent spoken English, reliability, positive attitude; call center experience is a plus.
