Job Description
We seek an energetic Outbound Call Center Representative to drive enrollments for ISO, HSE, and soft-skills training. Make outbound B2C/B2B calls, explain programs, manage CRM/Excel leads, follow up to convert and meet sales targets. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business/Communications, 1–2 years outbound/call center or training sales (fresh grads welcome), fluent English and Urdu, CRM and MS Office proficiency, target-driven with objection-handling and closing skills. Full-time, in-person. Salary Rs65,00–75,00/month plus incentives and international exposure.
