Job Description
We are seeking an Accounts & Business Development Manager to manage client accounts, strengthen relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will oversee billing and financial reporting, prepare budgets and forecasts, identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop proposals and negotiate contracts, and coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations to meet KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; 3+ years of combined accounting and business development experience; strong Excel, CRM, and communication skills; strategic mindset and a proven track record of meeting sales and margin targets.
