Job Description
As Field Collection Manager, you will lead and supervise field collection teams to meet targets, optimize routes, and ensure timely, compliant cash recoveries. Responsibilities include coaching staff, scheduling, monitoring performance metrics, enforcing safety and regulatory standards, resolving escalations, and coordinating with operations and reporting units. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in collections or field operations, strong leadership, analytical and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel. Proven ability to improve KPIs and manage budgets is preferred.
