Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator to support leasing operations for residential and commercial properties. You will manage listings, schedule and conduct showings, screen applicants, prepare lease documents, coordinate move-ins and inspections, and maintain tenant records. The role requires strong communication, customer service, organization, and basic knowledge of rental laws and lease compliance. Proficiency with MS Office and property management software is preferred. One to two years of related experience is a plus.
