Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive specializing in SEO and Google My Business (GMB). You will handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone; manage and optimize GMB listings; monitor and respond to reviews; assist with basic on-page SEO tasks; and coordinate with the SEO team to resolve technical issues. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, familiarity with GMB, basic SEO knowledge, and attention to detail are required. Prior customer support or digital marketing experience is a plus.
