Job Description
We are hiring a Recruitment Executive to manage full-cycle hiring: source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain the applicant tracking system. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of recruitment experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with sourcing tools and social media. Responsibilities include job posting, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding support. This role requires a proactive attitude, teamwork, and the ability to meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
