Job Description
Tech Hub Software Solution seeks a Lead Generation Specialist experienced in engaging North American markets through outbound cold calling, email outreach, and networking. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, understanding client staffing needs and market trends, presenting tailored staffing solutions, maintaining sales pipelines, and meeting sales targets. Required: strong English (written, spoken, listening), persuasive and target-driven mindset, BBA/B.Com or equivalent (fresh graduates with excellent English welcome), and prior telephonic/outbound sales or BPO experience.
