Job Description
We’re hiring a Growth & Experience Partner for Insurance & Wealth to drive customer acquisition, retention, and product adoption. You will design and run experiments, optimize user journeys, partner with product, marketing, and distribution teams, and use data to improve KPIs across the customer lifecycle and portfolio.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years in insurance, wealth, or fintech growth, strong analytical skills, experience with A/B testing and analytics tools, and excellent stakeholder communication. You are strategic, customer-focused, and results-driven.
