Job Description
ASK Development Limited is hiring an Inbound Calling Banking Helpline Agent in Lahore. Full-time, in-person role supporting a leading telecom partner: respond to inbound customer calls, resolve banking queries, process orders and payments, update accounts, and deliver professional service. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 6 months CSR experience in the banking sector; familiarity with Easypaisa/JazzCash campaigns preferred. Salary range Rs37,00–55,00/month with performance-based incentives. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude.
