Job Description
Office-based full-time role managing guest communication for luxury short-term rentals across WhatsApp, email, phone, Airbnb and Booking.com. Responsibilities: primary guest contact; manage bookings, check-in/out, requests; coordinate housekeeping and maintenance; resolve complaints empathetically; log communications and report insights to management. Requirements: excellent spoken/written English, fast accurate typing, 14–16 years education, 1–2 years hospitality or customer support preferred, booking platform familiarity, strong multitasking, positive attitude, occasional evenings/weekends flexibility. Location: in person.
