Job Description
365 Care Group is hiring a French-speaking Customer Support Representative to assist customers via phone, email, and chat. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, escalate when necessary, document interactions, and coordinate with internal teams. Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory; English is required and Urdu is a plus. Customer service experience preferred. Must have strong problem-solving, multitasking, and basic computer skills. Bachelor’s degree required. Full-time, in-person, UK banking hours (48 hrs/week). Salary: Rs40,00–Rs50,00/month.
