Job Description
Highstride Recruitment seeks a Sales Development Representative to generate nursery business and source candidates across the US and UK. You will make outbound cold calls, conduct initial screenings, qualify prospects, present roles, handle objections, and close placements. Maintain a candidate pipeline, track performance, and collaborate with operations to refine recruitment strategies. Must speak clear, confident English with strong listening skills and be willing to work on site in Lahore. This full-time role offers a basic salary of PKR 50,00/month plus lucrative closing commissions. Location: Main Blvd, Allama Iqbal Rd, Mustafabad, Lahore.
