Job Description
We seek a motivated Retail Sales Associate to support the launch and daily operation of our new factory outlet. You will greet and assist customers, maintain store presentation, handle POS/billing and daily cash reconciliation, track sales and inventory, and help meet sales targets. Candidates must have at least 1 year of retail or sales experience, strong communication and customer-service skills, basic computer/POS knowledge, professional appearance, punctuality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Full-time, in-person role. Salary: Rs30,00–Rs60,00 per month.
