Job Description
Posted Nov 28, 2025. Manage daily building and cleanroom maintenance to ensure uninterrupted pharmaceutical manufacturing and full cGMP compliance. Lead preventive and corrective maintenance, develop PM schedules, coordinate vendors, support audits, and deliver facility projects while ensuring safety. Oversee repairs and renovations, respond promptly to breakdowns to prevent production downtime, manage vendor performance, and maintain infrastructure records. Requirements: 3–5 years facility management experience in the pharmaceutical industry; degree in engineering or related field preferred; strong leadership and hands-on knowledge of HVAC, cleanroom systems, and regulatory compliance.
