Job Description
Drive agile transformation as a Senior Consultant Scrum Master. Coach multiple Scrum teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and align stakeholders to deliver high-quality software. Lead continuous improvement, mentor junior Scrum Masters, and implement scalable agile practices across programs. Require 7+ years of experience in software delivery, certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), strong servant-leadership, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and metrics-driven delivery preferred. Excellent communication in English and ability to consult with clients and executives.
