Job Description
Mangotech Solutions, a creative IT team making a positive digital impact, seeks a full-time on-site Business Development Executive in Karachi. The candidate will bid on Upwork, identify opportunities, generate leads, manage client accounts, write proposals, and close deals to drive growth. Requires 2 years’ experience as an Upwork bidder or freelancer in software/web development, strong English communication, understanding of front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Node.js, React, Laravel), independent time management, and familiarity with Upwork optimization. Salary Rs70,00–Rs100,00/month. Onsite position.
