Job Description
NICON Group of Colleges seeks an IELTS/PTE Master Trainer to deliver high-quality test preparation. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (English, Linguistics, Education preferred); 3–5+ years teaching IELTS/PTE. Preferred certifications: IDP/British Council IELTS Trainer, Pearson PTE Trainer/Expert, TESOL/CELTA/TEFL. Key skills: strong command of English and test formats, analytical ability to diagnose weaknesses, lesson and mock-test design, LMS and test software proficiency. Responsibilities include training delivery, trainer development, student performance management, academic quality assurance, and administrative tasks. Full-time, in-person in Rawalpindi. Salary: Rs60,00–70,00 per month.
