Job Description
Hi Volts Guitar Shop seeks an experienced, energetic Head of Retail Sales to manage daily store operations in Bahria Phase 4, Rawalpindi and/or F-7, Islamabad. You will ensure smooth shop operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, drive sales, control costs, and deliver outstanding customer service. Required: strong MS Office (Excel), basic math, excellent communication, strategic planning and management proficiency, results-driven, honest, friendly, self-motivated, and a passion for music/musical instruments. Benefits include a competitive salary package with commission and bonuses. Full-time. Salary: Rs45,00–Rs85,00/month. On-site work.

- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
