Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing AR & Denials Specialist to manage accounts receivable, process claims, and resolve denials to optimize revenue cycle performance.
Responsibilities include reviewing denials, appealing claims, posting payments, communicating with payers and providers, monitoring aging reports, and implementing corrective actions to reduce rework.
Qualifications: 2+ years medical billing experience, strong knowledge of denial management, CPT/ICD coding familiarity, excellent communication, and proficiency with billing software and EHR systems. Competitive salary and professional development opportunities.
