Job Description
NICON Group of Colleges seeks a full-time Student Counselor in Rawalpindi. Bachelor’s degree required; 2 years’ experience in counseling, social work, or education preferred. Salary Rs35,00–Rs40,00 per month. Responsibilities include individual and group counseling, academic support, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, program development, collaboration with parents and faculty, record keeping, and student awareness initiatives. Required skills: strong interpersonal and communication abilities, active listening and empathy, confidentiality and professional ethics, time management, organizational skills, and program implementation competence. This is an in-person role; Bachelor’s degree and prior student counseling experience are preferred. Apply promptly.
