Job Description
An Nafay Associates seeks a Customer Service Officer to resolve customer complaints and warranty cases via phone and WhatsApp. You will communicate directly with customers, manage after-sales issues (spare parts & repairs), record and track complaints, assign jobs to field technicians, arrange parts, collect payments, and recommend upsell services to support retention. Requirements: minimum intermediate qualification, 2 years after-sales experience, proficient in MS Word & Excel, excellent customer service skills, team player, proactive and detail-oriented. Location: Korangi (in person). Job Type: Full-time. Pay: Rs30,00–50,00/month. All qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
