Job Description

Join our team as a Senior Medical Coder responsible for accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding, clinical documentation review, audit support, and mentoring junior coders. You will collaborate with billing, compliance, and clinical teams to ensure coding accuracy, regulatory compliance, and optimized reimbursement. Requirements: 5+ years of professional coding experience, RHIA/RHIT or CCS/CCA preferred, strong knowledge of inpatient/outpatient coding rules, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Experience with EHR systems and coding audit tools is a plus.
