Job Description
Talent Ibex seeks a Brand Designer to shape bold, culturally relevant brand narratives. You’ll lead visual direction across digital, social, motion, print, packaging, and experiential touchpoints; translate strategic briefs into high‑impact designs; own and evolve the brand system; collaborate with marketing, product, content, and employer branding teams; present to stakeholders; manage multiple deadlines; and mentor junior designers. Requirements: bachelor’s in design, 3+ years in brand or agency/in‑house, expert in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Figma, a standout portfolio showcasing layout, typography, color, and motion, plus a strong feel for Gen Z and internet culture.
