Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd seeks a Territory Sales Executive (Retail) to drive multi-channel retail and e-commerce sales. You will lead sales strategies, analyze customer data to optimize stores, implement staff training, oversee inventory forecasting, visual merchandising, and customer loyalty initiatives. Manage and motivate multi-location teams, set targets, and monitor performance. Requirements: 3–5 years retail management or sales experience, strong analytical skills (forecasting, CRM, inventory), leadership and training experience, tech-savvy with retail software and e-commerce platforms, bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing. Full-time, in-person role; 75% travel required. Compensation: Rs90,00–Rs100,00/month.
